We’ve been at Holly crest for almost 3 years it’s been a great place to live as we transition from a different state. Mostly because of the community, neighbors, and the families we’ve met here. We enjoy all the amenities and now close we are to restaurants, the city, and shops.

We have been here for a few month, but already like it. People here are friendly as well as the stuff. It's clean everywhere. Most of all I like bird singing in the morning. I wish there were more facilities for children and the gym lacks hyperextension roman chair! Thank you!

Move in was great. Although we discovered that the disposal was not working properly and was not fixed until about two weeks later. So we kinda had to deal with slowly draining sink even though we’re not putting anything in it aside from water.

Very good. I love it here. My neighbors are good. The area or location is good. Thank God for a place like this. If I had to move in all over again I would differently move here again. They have everything to keep you in shape. The wonderful Swimming pool, hot tub and sauna.

The apartments are really nice, great community as a whole. You will always have some neighbours that are annoying but that's inevitable. The events held every month are also great, and the amenities are really awesome, definitely a big reason why we chose this place. Staff is great and maintenance is the best, whenever I have an issue they really do take care of it.

The maintenance team has been responsive to the issues within my apartment. A resident on my floor allows her/his cat to roam the halls which I don’t like. Also, the smell of marijuana permeates the first floor that is noticed when entering the building.

I absolutely love living here. I love how close the complex is to everything, the neighborhood is friendly and safe, the amenities are awesome and so is the staff. If I had to complain about anything it would be the valet trash service. They pick and choose when they want to take your trash and there are so many rules that it’s no longer a convenient service. Definitely wish we could opt out . Otherwise I love living here .

So far, the experience has been wonderful. The move in process went smoothly, everyone has been very nice and can’t help enough. We had to call maintenance and they were prompt and efficient and came out right away. All in all it has been a great experience.

miscommunications with the leasing office, specifically one person was not very helpful. Other than that it’s an average place to live. Hallways smell very weird and I think it’s due to the valet trash service.

The community / building I live in is very quiet and peaceful. I love the luxury touches inside of the apartment, such as the countertops and cabinets. Open floor plan with high ceilings is also great! Thanks Holly Crest :)

The incident that first day I got my day definitely scared me a little but everything is alright now. Outside of that, I had put in a service order for my light bulb to be changed and it took almost two weeks and I never got confirmation that it was done nor a notification saying that they were going to change it. Everything else is amazing with no problems. The leasing office staff is amazing!

Valet living has not been picking up my trash due to short staffing but I’m still expected to pay the $33 a month. Amenities are great but the hot tubs don’t get hot and are often closed. Staff are fine but one member of leasing was rude to me about ACH rent payments and that has really soured my view on them.

Overall very positive experience, the staff is very helpful. The maintenance staff is great but I feel short staffed at times. The trash pickup is very inconsistent as well, which is frustrating for such an expensive amenity. The gym, pool, and golf simulator are awesome features!

6 Months in and am still thrilled with my choice to live here. The staff are so kind and helpful, maintenence requests are answered promptly and I love the community. I live in the building where there was a tragic incident, and was very pleased with the communication and reassurance we received from the management. Security opportunities were swiftly addressed to ensure all residents continued to feel secure, and ultimately, while unfortunate, what happened is an exception relative to my impression and experience thus far. Everyone is kind, respectful and friendly. Love everything about my HollyCrest Home!

The people are quite friendly and easy to talk to. I meet people all the time either walking their dogs or at the pool. Kevin and Dani are great responders to maintenance. They helped us throw out things we didn't need. Also, they put up a towel rack in our bathroom.

Easy move-in process and they gave us a free bottle of wine, cutting board and reusable bag upon move in as well! They are great at communication which can be hard to find with apartment complexes. We have been happy here so far!

Overall I’ve enjoyed my time here at Holly Crest. Recently I feel there has been more people not properly disposing or their dogs waste. I also feel that there needs to be more surveillance/security measures due to the recent uptick of crime here. Love the amenities. Most of the staff is very friendly. And maintenance is very quick.

New resident. Smooth move-in. Staff extremely helpful. So far so great! Apartment was clean and parking was so easy since I also rented a garage. Having an easy transition to apartment living. From my first tour to my moving in questions, staff was so helpful. I had an issue with the Luxor system and the office staff was able to rectify it swiftly. I look forward to a great experience living here.

Reserving the Golf Sim has been a very easy process. The gym is always clean and organized. Glad to have neighbors who do the right thing and keep it organized. The sauna has been a blessing. Amazing facility and the staff is always friendly. With all of the pets in the area I have yet to find any left overs not picked up after a walk.

Would love to see a dog foster/adoption event if that would be possible. There is a great rescue in the area called Forgotten Now Family that always is in need of foster families!

Staff are really very helpful and are always willing to go above and beyond. Amenities are always very well kept and there are so many to choose from! It’s like a private resort! The staff has been extremely helpful. Also the location is FANTASTIC! My biggest compliant is that it is within walking distance of a Crumble Cookies and it is ruining my diet haha :)

So far its ok. I do think the front desk should have basic knowledge of how recyling is done and where garbage is thrown out. Also they had a package that they gave and asked for people to sign-off or initial. It clearly did not print correctly and some sections were unreadable showing they had not even reviewed the package. Worse, she told me sign and then the package with the details will be in the apartment - It was not. How can they front desk not even know the basics?

I love this place. It is place right in the middle of grocery stores, shops, and Pharmcies. They are improving on the resident activities with a variety of things, not just the same old thing every week. Maintenance is fast and quick to resolve issues when they come up, although they don't come often. Just beware, alot of dogs, but even in that they keep it under control. And, for the most time peaceful. Great place to live, regroup, and explore.

I moved into Holly Crest Apartment in September of 2021 and signed a lease for 12 months. My doggy son, Beau and I have had a wonderful time during our stay here. Holly Crest is one of the most dog friendly complex’s I’ve stayed at, which is great if you’re a dog lover. He made so many friends throughout the community. There’s also a dog spa, and a dog park which is very convenient if you work long hours like I do. The apartments are very spacious and have luxury appliances. I love the aesthetics. It’s very easy to keep your apartment up to par due to the efficiency of the maintenance workers. SHOUT OUT TO LEON!!! The leasing office employees are also very nice and helpful. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone who can afford the rent, which is the only factor that I could complain about, considering I am a recent college graduate trying to figure out the world.

When we sold our home so quickly, we needed a place that we could live comfortably in with our dog. We found it here at Hollycrest! Having not lived in an apartment in 40 years, we were amazed at all the accommodations and luxuries available to us as residents here. What we thought would be a 9 month stay while building our home, has become a year and a half spoiling adventure. Thanks Hollycrest for making this transition so enjoyable!

I really love living at Holly Crest. The community is great and I have had a great experience with the neighbors. The complex amenities are FLAWLESS. My only issue is with the fees. The apartments are a bit pricy but nothing dramatic. The pet fee, however, is too high. For one cat, you need to pay $400 nonrefundable deposit plus $35 a month pet fee. A car is going to do minimal damage compared to say a dog or a child. $400 nonrefundable is unreasonable for a single cat.

Great community in a nice area, and conveniently located close to the shopping centers, etc. The only issue is the mulch in the dog park is causing a problem for dogs. I've noticed they eat the mulch and get sick and throw it up or don't want to go into the park with the mulch there. It creates a lot of dust with the dry mulch. Talking with other dog owners, their dogs don't like it either. Please remove the mulch or replace it with something the dog community will like.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our time at Holly Crest. There have been a few things that haven’t say well with us, but we’ve addressed them or shared them with the staff. One thing was the cleanliness and maintenance of the apartment when we arrived. It wasn’t as clean or fixed as we hoped. My husband personally took care of many loose ends (literally) thy weren’t done. We submitted our form, but it took a month and me emailing to find out when someone would review our request, which is why my husband did most himself. Other than that, so far, things have been good, and not many complaints.

Just made a transfer within Holly Crest community, and it was flawless. Holly Crest made it so easy to transfer to a new unit without issue. From overlap time, to move out of old unit and into new unit, to helping me with all of the paperwork I would need. I have loved living here over the last year and wanted an upgrade to more room. I was able to look at the new unit and get keys within 2 days of my decision to upgrade. Great community, and great front office!!

I just wish we could maintain the same rate for rent from our precious two years from resigning. The rent went up drastically this year. And it’s our 3rd year re signing a year lease. some of the events are very cheap. We had free snacks one day, and many were expired. Our dinners are hot dogs and doritos. It's very low budget for a luxury apartment. Some of them have even just been advertisements for someone's business (take and bake with mel, where we had to purchase kits?) or the new years event where only 40 could participate. also, when fixing screens, the maintenance workers went into everyone's apartment and didn't wear masks at all. That means if one household in the community had omicron, the maintenance personnel was exposing every single household. Not smart. Grace and Peyton do a really great job. They are always working and I know they are doing their best. Times are hard right now, so you get 5 stars regardless of shortcomings. We have a good team. Give them more budget for better events!

A long-term resident of Holly Crest Apartments, I continue to enjoy my overall experience here. The quality and timeliness of response of the maintenance crew has definitely improved over the last couple of years. The one bit of feedback I would offer is that the currently contractor garbage removal company leaves much to be desired. At least twice a week I find that my garbage has not been retrieved overnight… an unacceptable rate given the fact that I am paying for this service. At a minimum, there should be some sort of pro-rated refund system to account for the missed instances.

So far everything seems to be coming into place. Move in day was rough what with several things the leasing specialists forgot to ask us to do or had to be done again because it wasn’t done properly the first time which accrues additional fees, and having nobody show us to our apartment or where to park for unpacking, etc., everything else seems to be very nice and everything was figured out! Nice apartment, great amenities, nice neighborhood, etc. office staff is very nice and kind, but I have spent more time (and extra money) communicating their mistakes or oversights which is a little annoying but they are great at following up, and are extremely accommodating and considerate and we all figured everything out in a timely manner. Happy with them and the apartment overall so far.

I have family in Huntersville and after visiting several times we knew this was the perfect place to life as we saved up for a house. The ladies at Holly Crest are superb and very helpful, Tory helped me with our move and answered all of my concerns and questions. Everything is very clean. The amenities are perfect the indoor hottub is the best retreat! The apartment itself is so spacious for the price. Gorgeous practical kitchen. Huge walk in closet with washer/dryer. Gigantic shower! Patio! Dog salon! My pomeranian felt right at home here! I can't say enough we love our new home!

While the overall experience of living at Holly Crest remains a pleasurable one, I have to say that today’s experience - being informed by the police that my vehicle was broken into, the second such occurrence in as many years - makes me question the commitment to security at this complex. This is a frequent enough occurrence that I would think that some form of additional lot security, whether in the form of cameras or private security guards, would be implemented. Please take note that one time is too many… and now we have two!

Staff are great, easy move-in process. Good amenities. Clean, spacious unit. Noise level is minimal. The dog park is the reason for the 4 stars, it’s not maintained at all.

The Luxer Package System is super. The packages are always available anytime day or night. The packages are secure too. Movement equipment is available to assist with the movement of the packages to my apartment.

We moved in a month ago and we just love living here. I am a picky human when it comes to apartments (i've been screwed over by apartments in the past). The apartment are gorgeous, the staff is outrageously helpful, and the maintenance workers have been on top of our two "repairs" (a burnt out light bulb and changing the batteries on the electronic door). If you are able to work with Haley, she is the best! I am absolutely blown away by how helpful and attentive she has been while we moved in.

I am currently in my fourth year of residence at Holly Crest Apartments and I must say it is the best rental experience I have had. The balance between the exceptional amenities and top notch maintenance has made living here (even through the reduced availability of services during the pandemic) a great experience. I would highly recommend Holly Crest to anyone looking for a rental property.

Super friendly staff, lots of things to do, good parking. They seem to have weekly activities for residents which is cool, although I have yet to participate due to work. Not so user friendly moving in unless your on the ground floor as there are few buildings with elevators, and very few ramps close to street. Right in the middle of Huntersville so there are many dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

Very nice environment. I like the trees and flowers in the surrounding area. The north side of the community has a lot of big nut trees. There are a lot of leaves and broken nuts on the ground. I think it need be cleaned up more frequently. The garbage collection need some improvement. Sometimes it is not picked up.

We are ecstatic with our living experience here at Holly Crest. Our apartment is wonderful - quiet, spacious and with so much light. The management and maintenance people are all super friendly and helpful. If our living here for not quite 2 weeks is any indication, we look forward to being here for a long time. Note that Linda's cousin will be looking to move here sometime after the first of the year. It couldn't be better - Living here and having family here also.

The employees here are extremely kind which is why I gave a 4 instead of 3. Too many things in unsatisfactory shape upon move in, but they’ve been very responsive and are taking action to rectify. People are outside always so it feels like a community. Also the treadmills are new and gym is large and the place has activities. It’s pretty good overall.

It’s a beautiful apartment on the top floor with the best view! Open floor plan and neutral color make it easy to turn into my perfect apartment! The tub is fantastic! His and hers closets are convenient. The amenities so far are amazing, just wish there were more fire pits now that we have 2 new ones lol. Friends and family love to come over and hangout, grill out, and spend quality time together! Love the new quarantine ideas of music and food trucks! Keep them going when this is all over!

I've been living in the community since March 2020. So far everything has gone as expected. The staffing, especially Morgan, has been very helpful with all my questions and concerns. More importantly, the community as a whole has been very welcoming in the mist of this stay at home order. Little things like food truck Wednesday, private workout sessions and offering online medical assistance shows that they care about our physical and mental well being during these trying times.
